A Roma il 16 dicembre nella sede del CNEL (Consorzio Nazionale Economia e Lavoro) il Coordinamento Agende 21 Locali Italiane ha organizzato una giornata di approfondimento dal titolo "Dopo la COP 16 di Cancun: dialogo tra Autorità Locali e Governo Nazionale su cambiamenti climatici ed energie rinnovabili".
Il convegno, articolato in due tavola rotonde, che si sono tenute rispettivamente la mattina e il pomeriggio, ha posto l'accento sull'importanza del dialogo tra i diversi livelli di amministrazioni: Enti locali, Regioni e Governo Nazionale.
